General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Seller
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through mybalmo.com.

2. Products and prices
The main characteristics of the products are indicated on their respective product pages.
The applicable prices are those shown on the site at the time of the order.
Before submitting the order, the total price, any applicable taxes, shipping costs, and any additional charges are displayed.
In the event of a manifest and recognizable error regarding the price, availability, or essential characteristics of a product, balmo may correct the error and inform the customer before processing the order.
If the order cannot be fulfilled due to the error, any amounts already collected will be refunded.
3. Product use and warnings
Products must be used exclusively in accordance with their intended use, the instructions, and the warnings provided.
To the extent permitted by law, balmo is not liable for problems or damages resulting from improper use, use contrary to the instructions or warnings, tampering, modifications to the product, improper storage, or uses other than those intended.
Mandatory rights and responsibilities provided by law remain unaffected.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
Submitting an order constitutes a purchase offer from the customer.
Any automatic order receipt confirmation only confirms that the order has been received and does not constitute acceptance of the order.
The sales contract is concluded when balmo notifies the customer of the confirmation of processing or shipment of the order.
Prior to that moment, balmo may not accept the order in the presence of objective reasons, including:
- product unavailability;
- failure to authorize payment;
- insufficient or manifestly incorrect data required for fulfillment;
- reasonable grounds for fraud or unlawful use of the service;
- manifest error regarding the offer or price.
In case of non-acceptance, any amounts already collected will be refunded.
5. Payments
The available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Orders can only be processed after payment authorization, except for payment methods that provide otherwise.
In the event of a refused, revoked, or unauthorized payment, balmo may suspend or choose not to process the order.
6. Product availability
The availability shown on the site may vary.
Should an ordered product no longer be available before processing, the customer will be informed and any amount already paid for the unavailable product will be refunded.
We are therefore not obligated to obtain a product that has become unavailable at any cost.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times, methods, and costs are indicated in the Shipping Policy and, where applicable, during checkout.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the address and information provided for delivery.
When a failed delivery, a return to sender, or the need for a new shipment is due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, any costs for the new shipment may be charged to the customer.
The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer when they, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, physically acquire possession of the goods, except in cases provided by law.
8. Promotions, discounts, and bundles
Promotions, discount codes, and commercial offers are subject to the conditions indicated at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined.
When a discounted price is contingent upon the joint purchase of multiple products, the discount is linked to maintaining the conditions of the offer.
For bundles and multiple offers, the rules indicated in the Returns, Cancellation, and Refunds Policy also apply.
In the event of an accepted partial return, the retained products may be recalculated at the individual price applicable according to the offer conditions, and the refund will be recalculated accordingly.
9. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right of withdrawal as provided by law.
Terms, methods, return costs, potential decrease in value, and exceptions are indicated in the Returns, Cancellation, and Refunds Policy.
Withdrawal can also be exercised using the “Withdraw from contract” function available on the site.
10. Additional commercial terms
On certain products, balmo may voluntarily offer:
- additional return periods;
- commercial warranties;
- satisfaction guarantees;
- other promotional conditions.
These benefits apply exclusively when they are expressly indicated for the product or offer in question and in accordance with the relevant conditions.
In the absence of a specific indication, they do not automatically apply to other products in the catalog.
11. Legal guarantee of conformity
Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by applicable regulations.
Any commercial warranties offered by balmo are additional and do not limit the rights derived from the legal guarantee.

We may request the information reasonably necessary to verify the issue, including photographs and, when necessary, the return of the product.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the purchase.
balmo is not responsible for delays or problems directly arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, without prejudice to what is mandatorily provided by law.
